Delivery Information

Freight Charges & Metro Areas
All freight charges shown in the checkout cart are calculated for Metro Urban areas onlyPerth, Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane, and Canberra. Within a range of 25 Kms from the CBD
If your delivery address is in a Regional or Country area (including Tasmania), please contact us before completing your purchase to verify freight charges.
We will always do our best to stay competitive and look after you — after all, we want your business.

Heavy Item Assistance
For any boxes over 25kg, you’ll need to provide unloading assistance. If unavailable, let us know so we can arrange a tail lift truck. Additional charges will apply.

Business Deliveries
Provide your business name and operating hours to help avoid delays. Delivery to a commercial business address. A commercial business address generally has:
                             
                                       • Business name signage
                                       • Designated customer/visitor parking
                                       • A reception or front-desk, and/or
                                       • A loading dock or delivery drop-off area

Examples of commercial businesses are: office buildings, factories, warehouses, schools, and hospitals. A residential address location, operating as a business ,does not qualify as per above. This is stipulated by our Courier & Transport providers.

Accurate Details
Ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct to prevent delays or extra charges.

A tracking number will be provided. Contact us if you need assistance.

Final delivery costs may vary based on your location and specific conditions.
Metro Urban rates apply within 25km of a CBD. Regional, Country, and Tasmanian customers must confirm freight charges before purchase.

Important Delivery Conditions

Curbside Delivery: No in-home or apartment deliveries.
According to freight safety guidelines, items over 20kg are delivered only to the curbside at ground level. Couriers cannot navigate stairs, narrow access areas, steep paths, or difficult entry points. The driver will decide what is considered safely accessible, and assistance beyond curbside placement is not guaranteed.

Your order will be placed as close to your property as the truck and pallet jack can reach. Moving the items inside is the customer’s responsibility.

Please let us know if:
• You do not allow authority to leave (ATL) and someone will be available to sign.
• You have a preferred safe drop-off spot.
• You require an alternative service for items over 20kg.
• The address is a business, along with its name and operating hours.

Authority to Leave (ATL)
If you choose to change delivery instructions with the carrier to ATL for any item over 20 kg, this is not permitted. All such deliveries require attendance upon arrival. Standard weight (kg) policies apply, and driver assistance remains included.

Missed Deliveries
Missed deliveries require either depot collection or a re-delivery fee ($75–$95+GST depending on shipment size and location). No Re delivery will take place without the re delivery fee payment. No exceptions.

Risk of Loss
Responsibility transfers to the buyer once goods are delivered to the carrier or destination. We recommend arranging insurance to protect against loss or damage after handover.

Driver Limitations
Drivers cannot call ahead or assist beyond standard delivery.

Post Box Deliveries:

Our couriers cannot deliver to Australian Post Office Boxes or PVT Bags. Please ensure you provide a valid physical address within the delivery area.


  • Free Delivery Promotion | Depot Pickup & Home Delivery for Large, Bulky Items or Products Identified by Banner

    We periodically run Free Delivery Promotions, which may include either Depot Pickup (clearly advertised) or Free Home Delivery as indicated by the banner shown on the product page.

    Available within metro urban areas (within 30 km of the CBD) in Perth, Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, and Canberra, where a promotional banner is clearly displayed on the product page.

    For depot pickups, please bring a suitable vehicle and assistance for loading. All loading is at your own risk. For home deliveries, customer assistance may be required unless otherwise stated on the promotional banner.

Joondalup Store Pickup

  • Loading: Buyers are responsible for loading their own items. Forklift assistance is at your own risk.

  • Vehicle Suitability: Ensure your vehicle can safely accommodate the item(s).

  • On-Site Unpacking: Not permitted for large, crated, or bulky packaged items as it may compromise contents and void warranty.

Christmas Shipping Notice | Christmas & Peak Season
Allow extra time for delivery due to high seasonal demand or unforeseen disruptions.

Please be aware that freight from our factories in China to our Perth warehouse—as well as shipping from Perth to the Eastern States—may experience seasonal delays due to nationwide freight congestion and increased holiday volumes. We kindly ask customers to factor this into their timelines when placing orders in-store or online, especially during the Christmas period. Your understanding helps us ensure the smoothest delivery experience possible.


Returns – Freight Costs for Eligible Items

If you decide to return eligible items under our 14-day returns on select brands policy, you will need to cover the return freight and delivery costs, as this is considered a separate service.
These costs will be deducted from your refund (product purchase price), and all return freight arrangements are the responsibility of the buyer.

Any and all refunds must be cleared by our sales team prior to any returns being processed.
Our friendly team will discuss the exact costs with you before processing your refund.

Uncollected Items and Storage Policy

Uncollected items may remain in our possession for a reasonable period of up to a couple of weeks. After this time has passed, any goods stored in a PL Logistics warehouse will incur storage charges. These fees will be calculated fairly and reflect the costs associated with the extended delay in pickup.
