We’re writing with a reminder that on 1 October, changes were made to the humm90 Platinum Mastercard that will affect your customers.
What is changing for customers?
Annual to monthly fee
As of 1 October 2024, the humm90 Annual Fee of $99 was replaced by monthly fees of $9.95. This change applies for existing customers on a rolling basis as their next Annual Fee payment falls due and for new customers who enter into their Credit Contract on or after this date.
What do you need to do?
You will need to carefully check the advertising you have in-store and online to ensure that it references the monthly fee in the disclaimer.
This includes doing the following:
In-Store:
- Destroy any existing advertising material, both in storage and on the shop floor.
- Update any advertising material to reflect the change.

Online:

- Update your website and online advertising.
