I have been searching for a reformer for awhile- but had trouble getting the shipping sorted. I left a message at Trojan on a Sunday morning, phone call by lunchtime, price for shipping by 2 o clock.’ On my doorstep by Wednesday. And I live country WA. I was looking for a machine that can cover a lot of exercises and this one ticks all of the boxes!

High quality and thick steel frames throughout, all aluminium pulleys making cable exercises butter smooth both ways, plenty of attachments that are easy to setup and take apart and storage area for all the cable attachments, barbell and weight plates.

Being a local store with prospect for future attachments being made compatible with my machine also made this machine stand out from the competition.

Store owner Luis was also really friendly and helpful, so any questions can be answered easily by him.

I have the confidence to say this machine is likely going to last for the rest of my life!
now it's just the matter of staying disciplined and maintain the exercise routine!

Great piece of equipment , compared to home machines i have had in the past it seems to be very sturdy and well designed. The cable component with the alloy bearing pullys is smooth like a commercial machine. No complaints about the machine yet.

I do however think Trojan need to look at the assembly instructions as they leave a lot to be desired. Once you unpack half the boxes just to find them you have to do a lot of guess work to put the machine together. GIve yourself 4-5 hours for assembly and this is not because its difficult but trying to deciffer the instructions takes time.

I highly recommend shopping with them, especially purchasing their own machines! I recently purchased the 'Trojan FPR7MAX All in one Smith Functional Trainer Pack One' that comes with a bench, olympic barbell and weight plates. Pre-sale I was happy to be contacted by Luis even on a Sunday when their store closed. He informed me that they aren't a reseller and deal direct with the factory for their smith machines. It gave me great confidence that I'll be in good hands should I need to either get some spare parts or get add-ons in the future since Luis mentioned they always take into account backwards compatibility on any new attachments. On pick up day, he helped load everything into my car patiently so that I won't need to make second trips or damage my car, and let me choose any configurations I want for the 80kg weight plates. Assembly has been extremely easy as well with how they pack each nuts, washers and bolts by the steps on the page, no guess work and dummy proof! I can also tell the quality of each and every piece of the machine from their hefty weight and thickness of the steel. Especially so when I had to carry each piece to the 2nd floor ??. Everything is butter smooth to operate. I am extremely satisfied with the end result and can confidently say that this machine is made to last!

Received the Elite 45 yesterday, spent the afternoon putting it together myself. Easy to follow instructions and easy to put together. Hint, while you are putting it together, just nip up the nuts and bolts, only fully tighten when its all together. First workout session on it today. Sturdy, solid, quality machine.

I purchased a 90XPRO just before Christmas with the aim to get set up before end of year. Delivery arrived as promised. There was one missing carton however the team, headed up by owner Luis were there to help. Luis went out of his was to ensure there was a resolution. Carton found and back in my hands later on delivery day.

Extremely happy with the end result and the quality of the set. Especially the feel of the cables - extremely smooth. The instructions were easy and even though it took time, I made sure I followed them precisely. The end results shows.
