This fee covers locations within a 30-kilometer radius of the CBD and is applicable to ground-level deliveries with easy access, typically involving no more than 5 steps. However, if your delivery destination is in a unit, tall building, shopping center, or a location with challenging access, such as hospitals, army bases, or prisons that may require special access arrangements, please reach out to us for a personalized price quote. Please also note that you are responsible for disposing of the packaging materials.
