Please note that it is entirely your responsibility to ensure that your have the correct type of vehicle as well as someone to assist you with the loading of your order at the respective depot. You will also have to observe the depots, rules and regulations.

Proof of ID will be required, as we have instructed our carriers to only, release the goods to the consignee, if you want a friend or third party to collect on your behalf, you will need to advise us in writing before collection your order, nominating a person by name and id number. We or our carriers do not accept any responsibility, for and damages or losses to the order and its contents, once collected.
